Vinyl sleeves are created through a process of slicing molded vinyl grips into plastic sleeves that are open on both ends. The primary advantages that these vinyl sleeves have over extruded vinyl sleeves is that they can be made in a wide variety of grip materials and they are more cost effective for lower volume applications.

Vinyl sleeves are available in all of the materials listed in our plastic hand grips section. These materials work in the dip molding process and are much more aesthetically pleasing and comfortable than vinyl sleeves made from the extrusion process.
