Round Hand Grips


Round hand grips are our most popular style of hand grip at GripWorks. This makes sense given that grips are typically used on round tubes or bars. Flexible round grips, however, will also conform to other shapes as long as the outside diameter of the handle is consistent throughout.

More Sizes
The following chart highlights our extensive line of round grips that range from 0.187” to 3.500” in diameter. Each set of tooling can manufacture grips in any length up to the maximum inside length stated in the chart. Grips measuring up to 24” can be made for some of the more standard sizes. For the most popular sizes, both round end and flat end tooling is available.

Double Dipping
Round hand grips can be utilized very well in the double dipping process for creating more functional or attractive grips.

Materials
All of our vinyl grip materials can be used on round tooling. Some designs will require liners and some may have length restrictions, but round hand grips can typically accommodate any material.

 

Finishing Operations
Round grips can be printed, punched or sliced into sleeves. Go to our finishing section for more information.

Note: "C" dimension is measured to .250" (6.35 mm) from open end. Wall thickness tapers slightly heavier to closed end. Heavier or lighter wall thicknesses are available upon request.

Every Softex Grips is available in any length up to the maximum shown, within .062" (1.57 mm) increments.

Standard colors: Black, Red, White, Blue, Green, Orange, Yellow, Gray. Other colors available upon request.
