Clarification of Orders
Ship date will not be scheduled until clarification of purchase order has been completed. Phone orders must be accompanied by confirming orders. Gripworks will not produce orders without bill to and ship to addresses.

Cancellations
No cancellations without approval of Gripworks.

Credit Terms
Net 30 days subject to credit approval.

Freight
(claims, breakage or shortages)
We ship collect. If carrier is not specified when order is placed, Gripworks will select a carrier. We are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier. All goods are shipped at the buyer's risk. We do not insure on-time transit or safe carriage of goods. Goods insured by standard carrier coverage only.

Overruns & Underruns
Due to the difficulty in manufacturing exact quantities, shipments consisting of 10% over or under the amount ordered are considered complete.

Returns
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number provided by Gripworks. Restocking charges will apply in certain instances.

Materials
GripWorks uses a variety of materials in the production of grips and tubing. Not all products are compatible with these materials. The responsibility lies with the purchaser to determine their product's compatibility with our materials. Our vinyl products do not meet the Food and Drug Administration requirement of 21CFR2177 for contact with food. Most of the materials used in the manufacturing of GripWorks products can be recycled, however, it is necessary to check with your local recycling center for a list of accepted materials.
