GripWorks offers the industry’s most complete line of these hard-to-find grips. They are designed to fit rectangular bars that are commonly used on tools, ball valves, and levers. The unique dip molding production process allows hundreds of variations with respect to wall thickness, hardness, inside length, surface texture, and color.

More Sizes
The following chart highlights our extensive line of flat grips. Each set of tooling can manufacture grips in any length up to the maximum inside length stated in the chart. Since the vinyl material will stretch to fit larger sizes, many of these grips will actually work on larger bars. Of course, custom tooling is always an option for large volume applications.

Double Dipping
Some flat hand grips can utilize the double dipping process for creating more functional or attractive grips. Please consult a sales representative for design assistance.

Materials
Flat grips tend to work best in harder durometer materials found in our Flexfit section. Softer durometer grips will have a tendency to slip around on a flat bar and not function as well, although, high durometer versions exist for most of our popular materials.
