As mentioned, NPVC has been the standard material in the foam grip industry yet;
the original material was not as adequate as it needed to be for most applications.
Gripworks committed to improving the materials shortcomings, and did so successfully
throughout the years. With an ongoing drive to meet the customer needs, Gripworks is
still creating and improving formulas, and the result is UV-NPVC. This economical foam
rubber has the same features of the original NPVC, but has added outdoor ozone and weather
resistant qualities. It has been fully tested and meets standards for averting deterioration
and cracking. Grips become harder and more durable as the density increases, and the needs
of any product can be matched with a high, medium or low density. A variety of color choices
are available.
Low Density UV-NPVC Foam
Extremely soft and flexible.
Great for buffed grips or foam tubes that
will be used as grips. Thinner buffed grips in
this formula will have limited durability, but
still function well on many low priced consumer
applications.
Medium Density UV-NPVC
Foam
Our most common NPVC
material, it is the perfect combination of softness
and durability. It can be used on a wide variety
of applications.
High Density UV-NPVC Foam
Harder and more durable.
Used on many commercial grade products and industrial
items.
Styles
NPVC foam grips are available in both straight
foam tubes and splined
tubes as well as buffed , FHG and custom styles.
