The original dip molded foam, Tuffoam provides the most cushion of any of our plastic grip materials. It can be made in extremely vibrant colors and has proven to be a very popular choice for use on consumer goods. The non-slip surface repels perspiration and moisture while preventing potentially harmful hand fatigue. Tuffoam has been used on our extremely popular line of Soffware® beverage ware that has been on the market for almost 20 years.

Tuffoam grips utilize the dual wall technology of our double dipping process and consequently can be made in two colors to add to the consumer appeal of the product. This also allows us to line the Tuffoam material with a durable interior liner.

While durable enough for most consumer applications, the skin of the Tuffoam grips is susceptible to being cut, scraped, or roughed up. As such, we do not typically recommend it for use on industrial or commercial grade products.

Tuffoam grips can also be decorated, punched, or sliced for added value.
